E + M Shortie: Your Best Thinking Yet: The Holy Ideas
Today I'm so aware with you that our thoughts can run amuck and we can truly miss out on the life right in front of us.
Most personality theories don't touch this, but what I indeed love about the robust Enneagram is that there's a category called "fixations" for each personality type. It's not predictive of course - you have to first make note of which type you are (knowing your gifts, strengths, and fears is all it takes), but once you do, you get a roadmap for mental health...
And even a bit of a lead into what may help emotionally and mentally spiritually, as we consider the concept of the holy thoughts or ideas for each type here on this mini-pod!
You see, each of the types has a negative thinking style - we try to do everything in our own strength instead of relying on God. The holy ideas lead us back to God in terms of giving a basic reminder of what you may be missing here.
If you're a 7 like me, you tend to have a fixation of planning, but the holy idea for 7s is this - letting God's plans unfold without a fight.
If you relate to type 4 and melancholy, your holy idea is remembering holy origin. You were made by God and you don't have to question your worth or rank anyone else either.
Listen to the mini-pod to find out yours and also, be sure to get your bonuses below, because as you can see, one of your freebies is a chart with all of the types' vices, virtues, holy ideas, and more!
