Getting Healthy Together w/Wes Hardin

At the beginning of the year, we focused on health and it was great, remember?

We talked about how body, mind, and heart health all work together, and we set our game goals for the years!

Now, even when it's blazing hot out there in August, this is still true but motivation is just a wee bit lower...

Melty ice cream calls our names and the sedentary moments on the couch just beckon for more cooling off with a glass of wine or another episode of your fave true crime show or The Office! Also, vacation eating has set in and you're oh so busy as you prep for another Fall season with work or school!

This is when humanity can get resigned, indeed.

I get it totally.

In fact, that's exactly why Alaina Pompa of Ray of Light and I added health and fitness month right here in the
relationship planner as well as this month on the podcast!

We KNEW we would all need this reminder, even if just like me, you just needed to shake up your set routine :)

Yes, your healthcare is so important to your life and to your relationships, so don't wait to join me for
this podcast episode with my hubby Wes Hardin, PA-C as we talk all things health and fitness today on the pod!

As a fit Enneagram 1 with LOTS of science and personal wellness to back him up, Wes is a family practice medical provider who literally sees and treats everything from Covid to cancer on a daily basis and does continuing ed all the time to stay in the loop regarding the best treatments.

He sees teens all the way up to his oldest patient who is 104 so he knows what's ahead statistically when we don't take care of our bodies, too!

If you think you're too far gone, you're not. Wes offers tips for those with comorbidities, which may prevent fitness and health and he talks about how testosterone, thyroid, obesity, joint issues, sleep, and so much more can be addressed.

Trust me when I say YOU are worth it to take a listen.

Remember, though it takes a step of courage, you will bless this world and your family so much harder when you're doing your fitness thing, even if it's short, sweet, and not too intense!
