Healing in the Shadows & Seasons of Change w/Abram, Drew, and Creek of Fathoms Enneagram Podcast

As we talk about walking through our shadows in various seasons of life with health, we have an extra treat - we're joined by the Fathoms Enneagram podcast guys!

Yes, as we're talking about some of the ways we can healthily walk through the shadows, we're joined by hosts Dr. Drew Moser, Ph.D., Seth Abram, and Seth Creekmore.

They identify with Enneagram 3, 9, and 4 respectively, and come from a thoughtful faith perspective I think you'll both enjoy and learn from as I have across time.

One of the reasons why I have loved tuning in to many of the Fathoms podcast discussions is because they talk a lot about how we "have" a type but that we are not "a" type, yes even within their rich discussions of Enneagram and how we can authentically grow through the difficult and rigid often patterns we've developed.

In other words, they're careful not to let Enneagram typing create a shadow in and of itself by overidentifying with one of the types to the exclusion of seeking other adaptive patterns or even missing other maladaptive patterns.

They also come from the framework of choice - you're not stuck, but you are free to grow in every direction.

I'm so grateful for
the long overdue conversation, as we haven't talked much about overly typing since Season One, Episode One. :)

I also love the conversation we're having with them because the truth is, the essence of the work we're doing together is trying to work through our shadows, and moreover trying to find ways to not just get stuck in the rut of our most common and often unhealthy defense patterns.

I'm grateful w/you that Drew, Abram, and Creek have taken their valuable time to share what they're learning in their seasons of life, work, and relationship shifts across time, grief, and family
here!

We are here for it all together and that helps a lot in our push forward with courage.
