Life & Legacy-Changing Anger Processing

As we take a deeper dive into anger in marriage in the current Collective series...

I LOVE that we're taking on this essential topic.

As you know, we typically use the word rage to refer to an extreme verbal or physical outburst,
but rage is no less powerful when it’s quiet.

Anger and rage don't just show up to hurt you or others, these sensations show up as reminiscences of traumas or wounds, or in some cases, to prevent perceived possible wounds.

Either way, when we are angry, there's a perception that when an attachment wish is not met, it can evoke rage. We wish to flee or to fight, but we can’t do either. -

In this deeper dive episode, we not only really take notice together of what is triggering you for the anger you’re experiencing right now, and we not only remind you of your why in terms of working on things, but we most importantly give you a path for resolving it.

Because anger is SUCH an important topic, we are taking it slowly but surely on this side of the pod
here.

Some of you may even be writing down some of your triggers and your patterns, and after today's pod, I hope you will also add some of your best solutions to it.

Doing this courageous work can truly add YEARS to your life.

Whether you get to
this episode now or later, don't forget to process your body's rising up of anger and sensations of survival and injustices with health and with long-lasting attachment practices we share for you today.

I believe you can learn this and I'm excited to learn how it goes in your life as you get healthier together!
