Out of the Box and Into the Wild w/Enneagram 4, Stephanie Spencer

Have you ever felt like your spouse or family member was truly outside of the realm of "normal" lol?

Maybe you don't say it to anyone else but you often may think of yourself as truly normal and them as someone who veers off the path in terms of habits and functions.

Though we can also use tools like the Enneagram and other assessments for good, sometimes we can use them for
in-grouping and out-grouping and that's where it can get messy and go downhill for connection - and remember, we ALL need connection to thrive, no matter our type.

On
this episode just for you right here, we remind you, with the wonderful help of guest Stephanie J. Spencer, Enneagram 4, just how you can move from a space of judgment or suffering victimhood about your differences into a state of movement, adventure, and life-giving love and balance together.

Stephanie uses adventure and nature metaphors to do so, and I must say, her metaphors for my family were on point and gave me new and less-threatening language around some of my tendencies. (Can you see a 4 as an iceberg with a lot under the surface, for instance)?

Stephanie and her husband (Self-Pres 4/Social 1) have been married for over two decades and in her work as an artist, a photographer, a writer, an Enneagram coach, and an Enneagram business coach as well...

She's been able to integrate the different ways you too, can learn can come together in beautiful contrasts that complement one another and allow one another opportunities for expansion
right here!

One of my favorite pieces of
the interview is when Stephanie reminds us, (through the lens of her beautiful new book covered in images from her adventures), how our head, heart, and body groupings triad (and other triads) can become a space of bringing us together for conversation and collaboration versus shadows and disconnect.

Her creative ways of weaving us together are so hope-filled, wise, and fun, that I truly hope you don't miss out!
