Somatic (Body) Tips For Every Type w/Author & Coach Melissa Kircher, Type 5

Melissa also walks us through a conversation about her own work in her 5-3 pairing and honestly shares right here about what coaching and therapy tools have best served her and her family walking through fertility, adoption, and the hardships every couple experiences in one way or another across multiple seasons, which is so valuable as she is a careful researcher!
