Balancing Work + Family Well with Amy Wicks, 7sx

Sometimes we aim for a balanced life and it's elusive, especially across certain busy seasons.

Many, if not most individuals and couples I see in my practice, from teens to elders, get lost in the fog of what to do and when.

These discrepancies of how to fit it all in clash with the desire for connection, our greatest need as humans.

And let's face it, sometimes when we finally get to spend time with family, it can feel like we're too dysregulated to even enjoy it.

How can we reset? How can we make it the long haul? How can we prioritize relationships and find healthy rhythms for work doing important (and sometimes big) things well?

Amy Wicks of Wholehearted Enneagram is sharing her best tips for this exact issue with us, and I already love her first tip she shares right here so much.

I also knew Amy's Equip and Activate Conference was approaching, and I wanted to ask her an important question.

How does she do it all? In Amy's case she actually does do it all. I also see her behind the scenes as a friend and excellent wife and mother.

Yet she truly excels at her online business. She run retreats locally, does online conferences with thousands of attendees, coaches, and truly has a presence of peace and healthy, balanced leadership and a healthy spiritual life. I truly wanted to know myself, too.

This episode answers this question about how to balance work and family well for us and walks us through what we can more fully expect at the upcoming conference, where we can double down and learn even more from her, her business coach, and so many others!
