I was just watching this theme play out in Parenthood with Steve Martin with my teens this weekend (one of my all-time faves!). Steve's character was trying to "dazzle" his boss and just couldn't bring himself to snake his way to the top against a ruthless guy who really didn't exercise his conscience.


What I love about our conversation here together is this deep recognition that we really do need to bring not only our best business skills and instincts but also our conscience and minds, as well as our relational hearts to the mix when we grapple with questions about money making and savvy.
