Special Truity Episode: Hacking Which Types Make the Most Income & What This Means for All of Us w/Megan Malone, 2
While you're in the midst of your busy week trying to crush those goals and balance well, we're throwing in a few extra tips for you to do that in the best ways possible here on this brand-new pod!
In fact, today's quick tips may even help your family and business this week in that certain traits can indeed help move business and work life along with success.
Truity Labs has indeed hacked specifically which Enneagram personality types teach us how to "get it" in terms of money and business savvy.
In fact, they've made world news headlines with their research on it recently. Truity has tracked traits across MBTI, Disc, Big Five, and more, but now they help us to see Enneagram types more clearly here as well.
We're so excited that Megan Malone, Truity Psychometric Labs' content strategist and personality researcher is right here to chat about it with us on this special E + M episode, too!
And yet, as we learn, we ALSO discuss just how important relationship and harmony building are for business relationships and quality as well.
The danger of reaching for success without these humanizing aspects of personality often means we can miss - or even step on - each other in the clamoring for the top.
I was just watching this theme play out in Parenthood with Steve Martin with my teens this weekend (one of my all-time faves!). Steve's character was trying to "dazzle" his boss and just couldn't bring himself to snake his way to the top against a ruthless guy who really didn't exercise his conscience.
What I love about our conversation here together is this deep recognition that we really do need to bring not only our best business skills and instincts but also our conscience and minds, as well as our relational hearts to the mix when we grapple with questions about money making and savvy.
Megan Malone, our guest, really is the perfect person to remind us of this, not only because of the research she and the Truity team are doing, but also because her graduate studies are in organizational development, and she's high in 2 and 9 traits - relational and harmonizing!
As you know, we ALL have something to teach each other, and when we do, we ALL rise in leadership and gifting!
