Your Inner Scripts Experiential w/Christa and Jenn!
As you know, we humans love to get lost in fascinating storylines.
As such, just as soon as we can relax on our busy days, we will track down our favorite hobbies, social media, or fan fiction tropes to get lost in. We can even hear the same stories again and again and get downright excited about them.
Case in point, during holidays, we're seeing previews of yet one more rendition of Dickens' A Christmas Carol ahead, this time with Ryan Reynolds, (not to overshadow the Bill Murray edition of course!), and we're probably going to see it.
Many of us are listening to find out the hidden messages of the new Taylor Swift Midnights album...
Yet others of us could care less about the former as we are sooooo very excited about the football season.
At any rate, there's an interesting storyline of bumps, bruises, and battles running thematically behind it all as we love, no crave, to see the hero rise after a fall.
And because we each tell stories about our own lives and narratives too, we're talking about all of this on the E + M Pod!
In our own lives however, unfortunately, the script isn't always as engaging as it is plain challenging.
In fact, some of the stories we tell ourselves are downright cryptic and victim-centered, often because we have indeed lived lives with this mindset or reality, perhaps a bit of both in many cases.
On this podcast, we're challenging you to revisit your internal stories with a healthier mindset for the future, so that you have both healthy confidence, and healthy hope for your life.
I'm so glad Coach Jenn Johnson is joining me for the podcast also, as she's so kindly agreed to walk through the experience with us and lead by example right on air so we can see what her internal scripts are reminding her to do as we come up to this next holiday season very soon!
This is an episode you definitely don’t want to miss if you're struggling with unhealthy storytelling and scripts of any kind in your life - let's turn that around together!!
